Ken was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of support through the entire process. While communication and response times did seem to slow down a little toward the end of the process, Ken was still quick to answer my questions. When a clear question was asked, Ken was able to respond concisely.

All I can say is WOW! Joaquin took care of all of our loan needs as if it was his own home he was buying. I am 100% satisfied with my experience thanks to him. He is super one on one and always available by text, phone, or email. Never once did I feel like he was giving me the run around and never had to worry about the hassle of having to go through automated phone service, his number goes ...All I can say is WOW! Getting Preapproved was complicated for us because of Our Credit situation and he stayed by our side for 6 months while we got our credit exactly where we needed it. Joaquin is simply the best and I would buy 100 houses if he was my loan officer every single time. Put your trust in him, he is worth it.
