Aaron seemed to be an able contact for information. Although, I had called him and left messages for a call back more then twice. He usually called back but not in the manner that I would expect from him during this transaction. I was going to leave this matter alone but this is the second survey request. This matter of refinancing for my wife and I was a tremendously important decision and we needed to make our decisions as we needed the information just as your company needed our information in a timely manner. Those calls were important to us when we called. I know that we all have our personal lives but this is the life Aaron has chosen. My dealings with your company has given me cause to return due to the previous Mortgage Bankers we were privileged to work with on past dealings with your company and Aaron had to measure up to their heights of service. Aaron needs to make this as important as it is to the client and I'm sure if he takes this to heart, in stead of as criticism he will enhance his performance at his career to a level that others will only dream of.
