He got our entire application reviewed and processed in under a week, and the entire loan conditionally approved in under a month (even during a global pandemic) to get us on track for our target closing date. After shopping around rates Robert got us by far the most competitive rate and personally followed up on all of the necessary checklist items while taking the time to explain and assure us throughout the entire process. Homebuying can be very stressful, with many unknowns, and lots of meticulous paperwork to complete, and having him guide us through it all was a true gift. The only thing not making this a perfect review was he estimated when we set out to apply for the loan that "last week I closed one in a few days". It actually took closer to a month, which was ok, considering it was a refi with no hard dates to align. And had he told me the real time, I might not have gotten such a great deal. Frank was outstanding! He always returned phone calls in a very timely fashion. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and took calls well past normal business hours.
