I called Jim to refinance my mortgage, I expected the entire process to take 5 or 6 weeks, esp. due to Covid-19. To my surprise, after my 45 minutes phone call, most of my work was done and I closed 2 weeks later. Jim knew what to do to complete the process efficiently and save me a lot of money.
