We have used Rocket Mortgage with several of our loans, and with our most recent re-finance, our loan specialist was Clay Richeson, who was very professional, and extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. We were re-financing our home during the pandemic and Clay monitored the rates for us closely and gave us very accurate information as to when was a good time to lock in a rate (a very low rate).
