My wife and I were fortunate to have been assigned to Mr. Earl Buggs to handle our Mortgage Refinancing. Earl Buggs was knowledgeable, patient, accessible and affable throughout the whole process. He certainly knows this business. For us, the best part was that he immediately noticed that we were paying an enormous amount for our Home Owner’s courage with Allstate; some we didn’t even need.
