Overall, Dylan was great. There were definitely some bumps in the road making my refi process over two months. Team members would contact me seeming to have no idea of discussions held previously with other team members. I had to repeat some steps of the process as items expired before action was taken. I had to repeat some steps of the process as items expired before action was taken. One example- I was instructed to call a number to set up employee verification. After waiting on hold for almost 45 minutes the rep who answered said it all could be set up on the website. Calling them was only necessary to if there was an issue with the site. When the verification expired, I received notification again from Rocket Mortgage to call the number to set up verification for a second time, I just went directly to the site. Strange that team members would give customers misinformation on that step. In general it seemed I was forgotten about as weeks went by with the website saying "we're working on your loan" then suddenly I received a call at 6 AM asking if I could close that same day. Robert was extremely easy to work with and helped me guide in getting the best option based upon my needs. Loan approval process was smooth and quick. He was available to answer my questions/concerns throughout that process and even helped reduce the lender fees (based upon changed lower rates just before closing) that drastically reduced my closing fees that I had to bring to the table. Justin is Awesome! We used him to refinance our home. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Everything was delayed just a little in closing due to the COVID19 pandemic, but he kept us up to date on everything. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family needing a mortgage loan. And we will definitely use him in the future when we are ready to move.
