Jeremy was very helpful. He took the effort to answer all of my questions, and was able to provide figures for the various mortgage scenarios I was interested in knowing more about before I made my decision. I appreciated how quickly he was able to get us through the re-finance process as well. The only reason that I did not give him 5 stars is because he incorrectly captured my answers to the race and ethnicity questions on the closing documents, despite the fact that we had a distinct conversation on that topic. When I brought the error to his attention, he said that he would have to cancel the closing appointment and go through the process again. I was eager to close, so I allowed the process to complete without the correction. However, I would have liked for my answers to those questions in particular to have been captured correctly, as it is important to me personally to have my race and ethnicity represented correctly in these types of matters.Read MoreRead Less
