Wow! What an easy process! Our rep was available all hours of the day and we did a lot of the initial work after 5pm which was very convenient for us! Chat, email, text, phone and the app, all communication options worked flawlessly! The app is excellent! Highly recommend! 5 stars! If I could give 6 stars, I would.
