Great experience with Home Loan Expert Austin and the team. The customer service was excellent, communication was clear, and the team made the process easy. They were able to lower my refinance rate and close the loan in less than a month. Highly recommend!

If I could give Rosie more stars I WOULD! She is an absolute rockstar. Working with her made the entire process smooth, I was well informed through every step, and she treated me like family. Any hiccups that did arise, she navigated through them with ease and communicated effectively. Rosie a real professional. She’s the one you want.
Daryn was without a doubt Heaven sent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helped do the almost impossible by working with me to get my credit score where it needed to be so I could get approved for my refinance well before the deadline. And highly recommend him! I would give more stars if I could! God bless!
