When my bank told me I was one credit score point off of qualifying for a refi, I went looking for an alternative. That is when I found Rocket Mortgage and Aaron. Aaron was so helpful. He was quick to reply to all inquiries and answered any questions that I had . He worked hard to find the best option for my needs. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Aaron.

Jon was great! There were issues with the lender not doing their job, and when I called Jon he was on them. The lower than perfect rating is because my loan was postponed for almost a month after locking in my rate. We should have closed on the 1st, instead it was the end of the month and the rate dropped 1/4 percent. I believe that Rocket Mortgage/Lender should honor the lower rate because ...Jon was great! The lender kept saying that they could not verify my employment (probably failed to update their records), the head of our HR even contacted them directly.
