Jacki was remarkable. She so lived up to the recommendation of my Charles Schwab advisor. Never had to repeat a single thing to her. She had everything set up for me in less than 1.5 days. Just had to sit around and wait for all the other parties in the transaction. She is truly spectacular! Intelligent, efficient, effective, responsive-by far, the very best I’ve ever worked with at Rocket!

Camille was very helpful, always friendly, and communicative. She even continued to help after the loan was approved. This was my 5 home loan through Rocket and it is always simple with Rocket. Camille made it enjoyable.

This was my first time buying and I couldn’t have had a better lender than Jacob. He went above and beyond to look out for me not only from a customer standpoint but also a person standpoint. He’s extremely easy to work with and explains everything in detail so you’re not feeling confused during the buying process. Would recommend to everyone Jacob rules!
