I have been working with Matt both times, first for an investment property and second time to re-finance my primary mortgage. Both time, Matt is very committed and helpful. Whenever I needed him, he always made himself available, even after the loan went to a different process, department. He would even reached out to me after his office hours to make sure all my concerns, needs be addressed.
