The only con if any on my entire process is the amount of time it took the Rocket Mortgage Team to review my current loan (the pay off was almost $4,000.00 off) and obtain the correct payoff. This process was totally out of Dan's hands but once I identified it to him he was on it with the Team and got the ball moving. I would definitely recommend or use Rocket Mortgage
