Chad was a knowledgeable thorough Loan Officer. He answered all my questions and handled every bump along the process promptly and efficiently, not that there were a lot of bumps!
I appreciate Chad taking the extra time and attention explaining steps in the process and educating my wife and I of items we were unaware of or unsure of.
