He is a keeper and I was happy to work with him. I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to friends. The only thing I would have liked to know in advance was that the loan was going to be sold. I did communicate my strategy of wanting to cast the loan with additional funding and I was told I would have to wait three months which is not a problem, its just that now that it is sold (which I was not aware of but I'm sure Rocket Mortgage was) I am left with a little ambiguity if that still applies. It is a critical part of my strategy in purchasing the home.

When she first contacted me, I was reticent to go through the cumbersome process of refinancing, since two attempts (one with Rocket Mortgage) failed due to the incompetence of the handlers. Yoselin, after talking to me about my financial situation, assured me the process may work and if it was not for her it would not have worked. I was not easy to deal with and I was getting mixed messages from other Rocket Mortgage sources, but Yoselin showed endless patience and devotion to being my agent and interpreter, guiding me through the glitches. She was always available by phone or email (by always I mean 24/7) to answer my questions and clear up my continuing confusion about elements needed to finish the cluttered paper trail. Yoselin is, simply, the best, and I am convinced I would not have gone through the information gauntlet the process can put a person into without her guidance.
