She stepped back in to provide me with details and options and worked with me the entire way, even when I was starting to get nervous that the process was slowing down she assured me "that we will get this done for you." In the end, she made it happen and i got the refinance through Rocket Mortgage and Anna has made that experience extremely easy and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage.
