I felt that my experience with Rocket Mortgage and Richard was very good. My only negative was that I was trying to lower my rate and length of term on the existing loan that I had. I was offered a lower rate on a 15 year loan then the loan I currently had on a 30 year loan, however I was not fully informed by Richard up front that there was a loan fee for that rate. When the papers came to ...I felt that my experience with Rocket Mortgage and Richard was very good. Tara went far and beyond my expectations. Always the extra mile and just a quick text away, replying back within minutes with an answer. When the appraisal came back higher, she re-did the numbers to get more cash out and a "lower interest rate" that the one I was initially locked in... Who does that??? I tried to refinance before with my bank (which also owned my mortgage) and the closing costs ...Tara went far and beyond my expectations. With Tara and Rocket Mortgage, I got the cash out I needed (and more) with a lower interest rate than the one I had before and my monthly mortgage payment is now $52 lower than the one I initially had with my bank.
