In today's that is largely void of great customer service and follow-through, Ryan is a diamond in the rough. He was persistent in following up at just the right interval and super helpful pulling new credit reports so we could tell if we were making progress on improving our credit score so we could get better mortgage rates. He knew just where to aim so we were efficient and effective. Wow.
