If it wasn't for Andy's involvement during the closing process, acting as the liaison for communicating in place of the non-communicating task failing closing team. The loan wouldn't have closed the second time as scheduled due to the closing team missing the first 30-day closing date, with zero communication to the customer! Thank you Andy!!!!!
