Craig was super throughout the whole process. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that at the very end of the whole odyssey the closing team failed to follow the provided wiring instructions and as a result did not manage to deliver the money on the day of closing. It was a simple mistake that took two nerve-wracking days to sort out, and at one point the seller seemed like they were going ...Craig was super throughout the whole process. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that at the very end of the whole odyssey the closing team failed to follow the provided wiring instructions and as a result did not manage to deliver the money on the day of closing. It was a simple mistake that took two nerve-wracking days to sort out, and at one point the seller seemed like they were going to back out as a result. When I called Craig in the middle of it all, he failed to own the mistake made by his closing team.
