Nathan was very pleasant and helpful. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was previously unaware about the IRRL option to my VA loan. Nathan quickly explained all about it and told me that I qualify for it. The loan application and paperwork process was great. I would definitely recommend Nathan to anyone looking at refinancing their home. This guy's a Rock Star!
