For the past few months, I hesitated with the idea of refinancing my home to do some improvements. My current mortgage company (Mr. Cooper) gave me a green light but never came through. I called Rocket Mortgage and Nathan Cottrell answer the phone. That was two weeks ago and we are almost in the closing stage!!!! Nathan is nothing short of a magician! He is smart, courteous, patient, and will give you the best advice, one that will benefit you. There is no stupid questions for him. You ask, he answers in detail and in the most polite way. I knew that my experience with Rocket Mortgage was going to be a great one again, but having Nathan as my agent took it to another level. Are you looking to buy a house? Are you looking to refinance? HE IS YOUR GUY!
PS. Every now and then, he calls unexpectedly just to make sure if everything is okay with the process and if you still have any questions..... I am telling you, HE IS THE MAN!!! It is nice to know/meet people that love what they do and that they are good at it.Read MoreRead Less

I am a repeat client of Kyle's, and the reason for that is, quite simply, he is the best at what he does. My last two refi's have occurred because Kyle has taken a proactive approach and contacted me whenever he saw an opportunity for me to save $$. As long as I have a mortgage he will always be my go to guy.
