Kyle made my refinance experience a breeze. I had contact several other companies prior to calling Rocket Mortgage and their process was lengthy, time consuming and less than promising. I contacted Kyle and within minutes had the refinance process underway. Kyle is very responsive (even on weekends) and went out of his way to make sure I understood every part of the process and what to expect. I was never confused, never questioned the status of my refinance, never felt uncertain in regard to expected outcome, never felt I was asked provide anything more than exactly what was needed, and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the refi closed and $ was in my bank.
