Moe was awesome as they come. He always made time to answer my questions quickly and accurately. Moe worked with me and when I would ask about lowering interest rates as things were rapidly changing in the market due to the Feds adjusting for the pandemic that was rocking the market. I would have like a even lower rate of course but I am very happy with how things turned out all together. Thanks ...Moe was awesome as they come. Scott was great through the process. Just as we were beginning the application process, my Dad passed due to COVID-19. Scott was very patient and went at our pace. I would haven given a 5, but we are still trying to get the monthly payment right due to the home owners insurance. They kept the same insurance premium as we had on the last mortgage. I negotiated the insurance down over $200/yr, but...Scott was great through the process. Just as we were beginning the application process, my Dad passed due to COVID-19. Scott was very patient and went at our pace. I would haven given a 5, but we are still trying to get the monthly payment right due to the home owners insurance. They kept the same insurance premium as we had on the last mortgage. I negotiated the insurance down over $200/yr, but the correct amount was not figured into our escrow. I mentioned it a couple times and was assured it would be corrected on the final paperwork, it was not and I’m still trying to get it right before our first payment on July 1.Read MoreRead Less
