Adam is AMAZING! I called for a re-fi to see if we could get the apr down below 3.9 and ended up a full percentage point down. He was able to make all of the necessary changes to the existing mortgage to stay below the monthly payment I had set. His customer service is par excellence! He has a wonderful personality and is super easy to talk to. I was like reaching out to talk to an old friend. ...Adam is AMAZING!
