What a great experience refinancing our home when rates took a dip. I originally reached out to Wells Fargo, but they closed my application and stated I would need to re-apply once the COVID crisis was over! I moved on to Rocket Mortgage, and what a pleasure. No COVID issues, Tracy was pleasant and efficient, and the closing was held on our patio. No appraisal, no red tape, no delays.
