I’ve used Rocket Mortgage at least twice to buy new houses and several more times to refinance when the conditions were right. I recently had the honor of working with Dave Jachulski at Rocket Mortgage. To be honest, I didn’t think he would be able to do what he said he was going to do — but he proved to me by doing exactly what he said he could do. Our rate dropped from 3.5% to 2.75%, it cost me ...I’ve used Rocket Mortgage at least twice to buy new houses and several more times to refinance when the conditions were right. Without Chris we would have never gotten a home, and probably would have gotten a divorce instead. Being foreigners AND first time buyers, we did not understand anything of the loan process, and Chris took all the time to walk us through it, explain everything and answer all of our questions. Michael made this whole experience so easy! He is so friendly and personable. I wpuld recommend him 10000 times! Things got a little rocky and difficult through the covid 19 but anytime I was unsure of anything he was so quick to respond back whether it be a text message, email, or a phone call! Awesome service!
