Clay exceeded expectations to the point that I noted he was working too late. I wrote him a question at 11pm with a note that I understood it was late and I didn't expect an answer until morning. In the time it took to answer my two questions (about 10 min), I had a response in my inbox. ...I wrote him back and said "Thank you, but man...it's after 11pm...on a Sunday."
