A friend recommended Rocket Mortgage to me and I have to admit that I was somewhat skeptical handling our refinance online. HOWEVER, my concerns were set at ease when Brenda received my call. Brenda is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable throughout this process and was happy to answer my questions. She stayed on top of everything throughout this process. She kept of apprised of what was going on with the process and is an excellent communicator.
