Rider has been absolutely amazing through everything. As a first time buyer I've talked to a few people who treated me rudely or talked down to me, and Rider was a much needed kind voice in the middle of it all. He has been kind and patient. When it came to getting me onboard with my refi load Patrick was awesome. My issue(s) is with the way I was treated after I completed my loan application. When I had some problems submitting requesting documents, I reached out to Patrick for assistance, but he never returned my calls or messages. When I had some problems submitting requesting documents, I reached out to Patrick for assistance, but he never returned my calls or messages. I also found discrepancies on my loan completed loan application, but again when I reached out to Patrick for assistance, my calls were not returned, and finally while reviewing my closing documents I again found discrepancies, but instead attempting to reach out to Patrick, I discussed them with my closing agent and we agreed that the minor discrepancies that I identified would not not affect the loan terms or conditions so we completed the process.
