Too many add-on requirements were sent. There should be a 'one and done' list of items for us to complete. These add-on requirements dragged out the process to finish the loan in a timely manner.

Liliana was as I expected. You are talking with someone on the phone who wants to sign you up then move on to the next customer. She did that. I will never have contact with her again. Rocket mortgage is not the cheapest but it’s online and quick.
