Why do lenders ignore contract dates!?! Rocket Mortgage repeatedly assured me that the loan would close on time in conjunction with the contract, BUT AT THE 11TH HOUR he called to casually explain that he did not have the file completed and that the loan would be at least a week delayed!! It is bad business!! I am very disappointed in Justin and Rocket Mortgage. It's as though he doesn't ...Why do lenders ignore contract dates!?! I recently relocated to Kansas. This was the second time I l’d used Rocket Mortgage as my mortgage lender. Oneal was my Leander both time and he was awesome to work with. Very customer oriented. I always feel at ease working with him. He makes the process easy to get through. I really appreciate that as buying a home can be stressful.

I called Dan a second time when I wanted to refinance. He is professional and very knowledgeable. To me, his greatest assets are that he is kind and PATIENT. He answered all of my questions which were many, and always followed up with me throughout the loan process. I would definitely recommend Dan and will call him again.
