There are a lot of moving parts to refinancing a loan that I did not realize, but anytime an unexpected issue came up, he handled it quickly, calmly and efficiently. Instead of creating stress, he consistently, calmed my fears, found solutions and guided me through every step with partience and clarity.
He stayed on top of every detail and consistently communicated with me and made sure nothing was overlooked. Beyond his knowledge and experience, Marc was incredibly easy to work with. In a process that can often become overwhelming, he made everything feel manageable and organized.
