The Rocket Mortgage process is best in class. John was great but there were some questions I had late in the process about closing costs that weren’t answered (except by someone in the online department who was monitoring feedback via website). When I first started out to refi, most of the agents I talked with, said they could not help, my APR they could not beat. When Moe speak with me, he offered a little known program that only reduced my APR, but allowed to keep my VA loan and the 30 year term. So now I same $130.00 monthly, I can tell you this, Moe took me by the hand and was there every step of the way.
