This was the easiest mortgage/refi experience imaginable. Even with the work-at-home situation during the pandemic, Sami was able to answer all our questions and comprehend all of our needs and expectations in one telephone call. Where a previous refi (different lender) took months and required countless uploads and affidavits, invasive phone calls to previous employers, and just general slow-walking), Sami confirmed our details (much to our benefit) in about a week. We closed approximately 3 weeks later. Sami kept in touch throughout, even when the closing team took over.
