This year we decided to check with Rocket Mortgage and see if we would have more affordable mortgage without having to sacrifice quality of home we wanted for the price we could afford. I am Also a very shy person and my Husband works 12 hr shifts and isn’t usually awake during Business hours. He is also shy so having someone you can talk to easily on the phone and understand them completely and it be more on our hours rather then regular banking hours was extremely important along with the rates. He got us a very affordable deal even had a much higher prequalified Amount. We got our prequalified approval the same night. By that point we had already seen a house we were interested in but wanted to make sure our ducks were in a row and at a better bank with better than what our personal bank was willing to do. It was quick and easy with Eric he was very clear, concise And patient. Maybe the next week or so we put in our first offer of the first house we liked after seeing over 20. Offer was excepted and the rest of the process was very fast and smooth. It was a delight working with Eric he really gave us confidence in the whole process and knowing that the mortgage was going to be reasonable and we could finally move out of our first apartment and actually be able to own An amazing wonderful home. Abe was there every step and keeping me informed of every development.
