I worked with Bill on our Refi. He was great and very quick. Often my wife and I had questions on the weekend and he responded every time even on Sunday’s with what we had questions about. I must say the process was extremely painless. We uploaded our info. Bill answered our questions and the whole process was wrapped up within 2-3 weeks.
