I contacted Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of this pandemic that our world is presently in, thinking it was just going to be an information call regarding a refi. Travis was my rep. I was prepared to find out that I would not be able to begin, much less complete, any kind of re-fi due to circumstances of COVID-19. What I got was the complete opposite. I got Travis and he was wonderful!
