Brad was wonderful. Instrumental at refinancing my mortgage at a much lower rate, without PMI; resulting in monthly payments about $250 less per month, with overall less total interest. He was able to connect me with the right person to guide me in cleaning up my credit report, resulting in a higher credit score. Paul made the application process simple and quick. When I decided to go with the loan, we got on a phone call and he made sure I understood the terms and conditions and we walked through the application process and the application. I have never had anyone from a financial institution take the time that Paul did to make sure that the application process went smoothly and quickly.

Caroline was GREAT!!! She looked out for my best interest. She was very professional. She was able to get me the rate I wanted and no matter how many questions I had, she answered them all and some were repeat questions, but she didn’t mind at all.
