What an experience. I own my home and was inquiring about a HELOC. Jason, from Arizona, was my rep. I reached out via Messenger and he called me on the phone. Let me just say this.

Although Rocket could not help me because they do not offer HELOC loans, I thought I would take the time and let others know that for ...What an experience. Although Rocket could not help me because they do not offer HELOC loans, I thought I would take the time and let others know that for 27min, Jason walked me through some other options not related to Rocket Mortgage, as their services could not help me. I really appreciated the help and knowledge he shared with me. We need more human beings like Jason in the world.

If I ever need a primary loan or 2nd mortgage, I will definitely be contacting Jason from Rocket Mortgage.
