Peyton was initially very helpful, answering my questions and being attentive. However, after we completed the appraisal, things took a turn for the worse. She informed me that the appraisal results were available for viewing and mentioned that while they could pay off all my debts, there was one Capital One card that wouldn’t be covered. She informed me that the appraisal results were available for viewing and mentioned that while they could pay off all my debts, there was one Capital One card that wouldn’t be covered. I’m not sure what changed between that message and the closing, but the outcome was different from what she stated.

When I had questions, instead of assisting me, she directed me to contact other people for answers. Additionally, she never reviewed the final documents with my husband and me. I admit that we should have read everything more carefully, but there was a lot of information and numbers to process, and we made the mistake of trusting Peyton's word.

As a result, we are now burdened with a higher mortgage and still have significant debt to manage. Peyton misled us, and it has cost us dearly. We will likely have to sell our home due to the mistakes made throughout this process. I would never recommend her to anyone.Read MoreRead Less
