My communication with Kristin was minimal. She reached out to me via cold call.
She pitched the refinance to me. I mentioned that my goals were to sell the house in 5 years and not pay it off. Also, mentioned I would like to take cash out to make house upgrades.
The loan she constructed only benefit was a few thousand savings at the end of 5 years. It gave me a higher payment and no cash ...My communication with Kristin was minimal. She reached out to me via cold call.
