I’ve benefitted from Ryan Erb’s professional “can do” attitude twice now. First when I needed a complete refinance to close out a lot of debt I had accumulated. My own bank that I’ve dealt with for 20 years said they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me with that!! And second when he reached out to save me money with a nearly 3% rate reduction!! He’s one of the good guys!
