Ryan was great. He helped me understand how the loan was a good idea for me. I do wish he had explained what to expect on the back half of the experience. This may not be his job, but I was clueless on how to finish things up and I wish I knew ahead of time the weird, uber specific steps that were involved in closing and paying off creditors.
