I had worked on this with other people at Rocket, They were never able to get me to close the deal. I spoked to David over the phone, he was working on a mtgee for a mutual client. I gave him my info he looked it up and get me a much better deal. And he closed it. Thank You David

Unfortunately, Patrick was not the best communicator when it came to explaining the Home Mortgage Loan numbers. For example, we were not aware of how Seller's credits work within the Rocket Mortgage loan constraints and this caused a lot of confusion and rework. It took Patrick over 30 minutes to explain something that could have been explained in 5 minutes.
