Michael has been just great to work with through the years. I had asked him a couple months ago to alert me if he felt we could benefit from a refinance with rates dropping. A month or so ago, he in fact called me and we were able to refinance with 1/2 point less, making a very significant difference in our monthly payment. The refinance went like clockwork and in about 3 weeks we were closed ...Michael has been just great to work with through the years. I had asked him a couple months ago to alert me if he felt we could benefit from a refinance with rates dropping. A month or so ago, he in fact called me and we were able to refinance with 1/2 point less, making a very significant difference in our monthly payment. The refinance went like clockwork and in about 3 weeks we were closed on our new loan, and only had to pay out $14.47! Yes, very happy with Michael and the personal care he has given to our account.
