Did a great job but we had a problem with credit which I still don,t understand. I have a credit score of over 800 but you guys were very concerned about a$35.00 dollar charge on my wife,s credit card plus a couple of other credit cards that are paid monthly .By the way I believe my wife,s credit score is over 800.Other than an explanation on this situation Ron did a great did a great job. Christine replied quickly to all questions and/or forwarded questions to the correct individual to provide an answer. Although I'm sure this is not Christine's fault the whole process was a bit frustrating as it's decentralized. There is no one point of contact who knows all the facts of the re-finance. At times it seems as if the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. To be fair, Christine got the right people involved on any issues or questions we had and she was very efficient in getting back to us, even after hours.
