I received a call about refinancing my loan from Rocket Mortgage. I politely asked if we could do this next week, as it was not a good time right now. He did not respect my wishes and kept telling me that I needed to do it now. When I asked again to please call back next week when it was a better time, he then tried asking me why I couldn’t do it right now.
