I can't say enough great things about Daryn! He was consultative and patient with all of my questions. I appreciated how he really took the time to help me understand next steps and potential outcomes in a realistic way. With his help, I was able to raise my credit score significantly above my goal! Highly recommend working with Daryn!

Jason is simply amazing. Very knowledgeable, prompt, a very effective communicator. I didn't know what to expect with this being my first experience working with a Rocket Mortgage loan officer but to say he did a fantastic job is the least that I can say.

Lisa was great. She followed up with answers to my questions. When I said I have to think about doing the refi, she said no problem, then when I decided to go forward with it, she jumped right in. My only issue, a minor one, was after I signed all the docs, I emailed her a couple of times and never got a reply. I got my answers by using your chat bot.

Very smooth process from the beginning to the end. Jacquie answers any questions you have and connects with you daily about updates. Best experience I've had yet.
