I wish I could give Colleen 10 stars!! She was absolutely amazing. I had hesitations about using a company that was not local, but she changed my mind. No matter how many "dumb" questions we asked or how many times we contacted her she was always incredibly sweet and so quick to respond. I plan on buying a new house in the next few years and will definitely request Colleen!

Adam is good! I was ready to hang up on his first call as I already decided not to do a refi. He stopped my hang up with professionalism and quickly identified the options for me. We were defining the deal and mechanics in about 20 minutes. Then the process took over. Adam was at arm's length and checked in as needed. Adam and Rocket Mortgage made everything easy.
