Throughout our weekly conversations and text messages, it felt like I've known her for years. But here's the most awesome part. A house came up on the market shortly after we were preapproved and it checked 4 out of 5 boxes for us in what we were...Azreal is the best! From my first conversation with her, I could tell she was a very personable and relatable person and wanted my best interest at hand. Throughout our weekly conversations and text messages, it felt like I've known her for years. But here's the most awesome part. A house came up on the market shortly after we were preapproved and it checked 4 out of 5 boxes for us in what we were looking for in a home. The first day of the open house drew over 18 families alone and the sellers had multiple offers before even having the open house. So, we knew going in, we weren't going to go in with the highest offer and we also weren't the strongest buyers. I had told Azrael the night we submitted our offer, that we had already emotionally and mentally moved on because we knew offer wouldn't get accepted. However, Azreal had been working strategically behind the scenes with my agent as well as the sellers agent in getting this deal closed for us. 24 hours later, she broke the news that our offer had been accepted! We were in shock and still are. Even during escrow, she'd reach out to me weekly to check in on me. We know this deal wouldn't have happened if we didn't have her on our side and are so grateful she was the one who took my call when I called Rocket Mortgage. She has a lifetime client and I will be referring all my family and friends to her.
